MIKIMOTO is a brand named after its founder. In 1893, Mikimoto applied for a patent for cultured pearls, and in 1924, the Japanese Imperial Family designated MIKIMOTO as their official jewelry provider. Not only Japanese royalty but also British royalty and nobility are among its admirers.
In terms of history and pearl quality, MIKIMOTO is absolutely deserving of its reputation. Mikimoto remains synonymous with premium pearls. Its main collections include the Candy collection, Wonderland Collection, Butterflies in the Wonderland, and Mystery Plant in the Wonderland.
